Lazy Sunday
I can hear the comments rolling now about how this is actually not an internet phenomenon, but an SNL video that first aired December 17th, 2005. What you must remember is that this rap video gained steam on YouTube where it was viewed some 5 million times before being pulled down by NBC in February (so much for viral marketing).

The concept behind this song is simple: two guys decide to go to the movies and eat cupcakes. This is one truly quotable song with such quips as “True dat; double true” and “Mr Pibb and Red Vines equals crazy delicious”. The hook is memorable, but not too obtrusive, but more than that the refrain is brilliant twist on a well know movie title.
